FBA Basketball Club: Driving Success and Sustainable Development
Founded with Passion
FBA Basketball Club was founded on June 12, 2020 by Dr. Kolawach Laochaisri, a passionate advocate for basketball. Driven by a vision to promote and develop the sport in Thailand, the club began with a single men’s team composed of medical students from Siriraj Hospital. Through visionary leadership and unwavering dedication, FBA has rapidly expanded to include men’s, women’s, and youth teams.
Success Rooted in Performance
In a short period of time, FBA Club has achieved remarkable success. The club’s men’s and women’s team has won several national basketball championships, including:
- Men's champions of the 49th University Games, 2024
- Men's champions of SXOOP 2023 and FBA-SXOOP Top4 2024
- Women's 3rd place finishers of the 48th University Games, 2023
The men’s team also won the TBL 2023 professional league championship as Ban Beung Devil Rays.
Committed to Developing Thai Basketball
FBA is committed to the sustainable growth of basketball in Thailand. The club organizes various initiatives to promote the sport among youth and the general public, including free basketball clinics, youth tournaments, and other community events.
